Refund policy

Effective Date: July 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all passes and tickets purchased for LOGISTEX 2026 ("the Event"), organised by Arabian Research Bureau LLC | OITE and held on 8–9 December 2026 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Muscat.

1. Free Passes

Visitor passes are free of charge. No payment is taken and no refund applies. If you can no longer attend, no action is required.

2. Paid Passes

Paid passes (Full Access Delegate, Corporate Group and VIP Delegate Experience) are processed securely in Omani Rials (OMR) by Thawani Pay. Refunds are handled as follows:

More than 30 days before the Event (on or before 8 November 2026): full refund of the pass price, less any payment-processing fees.

14–30 days before the Event (9–24 November 2026): 50% refund of the pass price.

Less than 14 days before the Event (from 25 November 2026): passes are non-refundable.

3. Pass Transfers

You may transfer any paid pass to a colleague at no cost up to 3 working days before the Event. Contact us with the original booking reference and the new attendee's details, and we will reissue the badge.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

If the Event is cancelled by the organiser, all paid passes will be refunded in full. If the Event is postponed, your pass remains valid for the new dates, or you may request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement. The organiser is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs in any circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@logistex.global from the address used at registration, quoting your booking reference (e.g. LOG-000123). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days via Thawani Pay.
